About The Host
I’m Mike Cahill — counsellor, ASD specialist, and someone who’s lived the hard road.
The Insight Couch exists because real change doesn’t come from polished answers or motivational noise. It comes from honest conversations about the messy parts of life we’re usually told to keep quiet.
On the couch, we talk openly about addiction, mental health, fatherhood, neurodiversity, grief, and rebuilding when things fall apart. Not as theory. As lived experience — backed by professional insight, but grounded in reality.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not a performance. It’s a space for real talk that actually helps.
Sit down. This is where the real conversation starts.
